The Role
In response to the triennial evaluation of ILC's implementation of its strategy and workplan, and in line with ILC’s new 2022-2030 Strategy and Workplan, the ILC has committed to better communicate, learn and build evidence from its results and to continue strengthening ILC’s MELCK cycle. ILC’s M&E System and work is meant to monitor and analyse the Coalition’s contribution to achieving its goal and outcomes with the aim to also foster both internal and external learning, produce communication products and build a basis for further researching evidence based on ILC’s initiatives and work. As part of the above, collaboration with ILC’s Learning and Knowledge teams will be further strengthened.
In this context, the consultant will work under the direct supervision of the Asia Regional Coordinator, in close consultation with Global Leads for Monitoring & Evaluation, Learning and Knowledge. Duties and responsibilities will include:
- M&E (30%)
- Knowledge & Research (30%)
- Learning (30%)
- Collaboration with the Resource Mobilization Team in the Region (10%)
Terms and conditions
- Type of contract: ongoing consultancy
- Duration: 1 year (renewable upon good performance and funds availability) with an initial 3 months probation period
- Duty station: Home-based and located in Asia
