The Role
ILC’s RM strategy for the triennium 2025-2027 aims at achieving financial sustainability by building on our unique selling proposition as a diverse global multi-stakeholder and systems change network that can leverage its members and partners to secure the resources necessary to advance people-centered land governance at the local and national level.
In this context, the ILC Asia Resource Mobilisation and Partnership Officer will work under the direct supervision of the Head of External Relations and Visibility, in close collaboration with the Asia Regional Coordinator and team. Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Curating and cultivating donor relationships and increasing ILC visibility
- Ensuring quality funding proposals and grant reports
- Supporting NLC/platform facilitators for increased direct/leveraged funding
- Exploring new financing mechanisms/leveraged funding
- Reporting, learning, communications
Terms and conditions
- Type of contract: Ongoing consultancy
- Duration: 1 year (renewable upon good performance and funds availability) with an initial 3 months probation period
- Duty station: Home-based and located in Asia
